The clock starts at close. Your RCM should already be moving.

PE-backed platforms and MSOs consolidate revenue cycle operations within 90 days of every acquisition —
or they lose the revenue lift the deal was supposed to create. Neolytix is built to run on that timeline, not adjust to it after the fact.

The Post-Close Reality

The deal closed. The clock on integration started the same day — and revenue cycle is usually the part nobody planned for closely enough:

01

Every acquired site bills differently, on different systems, under different payer contracts — reconciling that against consolidated financials is a full-time problem, not a footnote.

02
Billing inconsistency across newly acquired sites shows up as revenue leakage before anyone’s had time to standardize anything.
03
The PE group’s own reporting requirements — clean, comparable, monthly — assume a level of RCM consistency that doesn’t exist yet across the portfolio.
04
Every quarter of delay is a quarter where the modeled EBITDA lift from consolidation doesn’t show up.
This isn't a billing problem. It's an integration-speed problem and speed is the one thing most RCM vendors aren't built to sell.

Sound familiar? You closed on a new site last quarter and its billing still hasn’t been folded into your consolidated reporting. You’re a few months from your next add-on and dreading doing this integration work all over again. Or the fund is asking for numbers your current RCM setup simply can’t produce yet. Any one of these is the moment to have this conversation ideally before the next close, not after.

The Neolytix Answer

Revenue cycle as a managed platform — built for the 90-day standard, not just the steady state.

Every Stage of Revenue, Consolidated
Across Every Entity

Each acquisition arrives with both loops running its own way — providers to license, credential, and enroll under new entity structures, and patients moving from booking to payment. Neolytix runs every stage of both, so each addition lands on one operating standard instead of adding another revenue cycle to manage.

Why Not Just Buy Software, or Go Offshore?

"Here's a platform — you run it."

Practice-management software vendors will sell your platform a centralized system, but your ops team still configures it, trains every acquired site’s staff on it, and owns the transition timeline alone — headcount and time most post-close integration plans don’t have.

"Send us your claims — we'll handle it."

Generic offshore billing shops can absorb volume, but they don’t understand deal timelines, tax-ID structures, or what a PE-backed CFO actually needs to report upward — you end up managing the vendor as closely as you’d manage doing it in-house.

Neolytix is built around the actual mechanics of post-acquisition integration instead of retrofitting onto it.

For the Teams Already Running the Sites You've Acquired

Every acquisition brings people, not just claims — billing staff at the acquired site who know that practice better than anyone incoming. This isn’t about replacing them with a centralized system they’ve never seen. We work with existing site-level staff where it makes sense, standardize around them, and absorb the parts of the transition that would otherwise fall entirely on your ops team. The goal is a platform-wide standard that gets built with the people already doing the work, not one dropped on top of them.If you’re managing more than one location and you’re not sure your billing operation would tell you the truth about which site is actually underperforming and why — that’s the conversation worth having. Not a demo, not a sales script — a conversation about how your revenue cycle actually runs today, site by site, with someone who can tell you within the first call whether this is a fit.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a medical billing clearinghouse?

A medical billing clearinghouse is an intermediary that translates your claims into the electronic format each payer requires, validates them before submission, and routes them to the correct insurance company. It also receives and processes electronic remittance advice (ERA) from payers back to your practice.

Does Neolytix use a clearinghouse, or are you one?

Neolytix is a managed RCM services company, not a clearinghouse. We work with established clearinghouses on your behalf — managing the setup, submission, rejection resolution, and remittance posting — so your team never has to interact with the clearinghouse directly.

We already have a clearinghouse. Can Neolytix still help?

Yes. Most of our clients already have an active clearinghouse when they come to us. We take over management of that relationship — or recommend a switch if your current clearinghouse is underperforming — and handle everything from that point forward.

How long does clearinghouse setup take?

Most practices are fully configured and live within 2-3 weeks. Payer enrollment runs concurrently and typically adds no additional time. If you’re switching clearinghouses, we manage the migration and run parallel testing before cutting over.

Which clearinghouses does Neolytix work with?

We work with all major clearinghouses, including Change Healthcare, Availity, Office Ally, and Waystar. The right clearinghouse depends on your PM system, payer mix, and specialty. We’ll assess your situation and recommend accordingly — or work within your existing setup.
