Technology and advisory partners

Every Tool Vetted. Every Integration Managed.
You Focus on Care.

We don’t just bring people and processes. We bring a curated, pre-integrated technology and advisory ecosystem across cloud, communications, patient engagement, payments and advisory — so you get best-in-class capability without managing a single vendor relationship yourself.

Why This Matters

Most Organizations Don't Have a Vendor Problem. They Have a Vendor-count Problem.

Count what you own per vendor. A contract. A Business Associate Agreement. An integration project. A support queue with its own escalation path and its own hold music. Four things, per vendor, forever.

Forty relationships, or four. And four is where it stays — whether the stack has three tools in it or ten, you sign one contract, one BAA, one integration and you have one number to call.

You don't buy the stack

These tools come as part of how we deliver — selected, contracted and configured against workflows we already run for 300+ healthcare organizations. No parallel evaluation on your side.

You don't manage the vendors

One accountable partner. One escalation path. When a payment file doesn’t post, you call us — not a support portal that routes you to a tier-one queue in another time zone.

You don't absorb the diligence

Where a partner touches PHI, we select for HIPAA-eligible services under a signed BAA and review their security controls before they enter the ecosystem.

The Bar

Four Tests. A Tool That Fails Any One of Them Doesn't Enter the Ecosystem

Regardless of how well it demos.

TEST 01

Healthcare-native

Built for clinical or revenue-cycle workflows, with healthcare organizations at the core of its customer base — not a general-purpose product with a healthcare landing page bolted on.

TEST 02

Survives diligence

Where PHI is involved: HIPAA-eligible services, a BAA available and signed, and security controls we have reviewed ourselves before the partner enters the ecosystem.

TEST 03

Attaches to work we run

It has to plug into a service line we operate — billing, credentialing, patient access, payer contracting. If we don’t run the workflow, we don’t broker the tool.

TEST 04

We run it ourselves

Every integrated partner here is in production on live client work. We don’t resell software we haven’t had to fix at 2am.

Fail any one of the four and you're out — and commercial terms don't buy a way back in.

The Ecosystem

Organized by What It Does for You — Not Alphabetically

Ten partners, five things that change for you, one accountable owner.

Your systems run on infrastructure you can defend in a diligence review.

Cloud & infrastructure

HIPAA-eligible services under a signed BAA, and the productivity stack your staff already use rather than a parallel one.

Amazon Web Services
Microsoft CSP

Patient calls get answered, recorded and reviewed on one system.

Communication & contact center

The same phone system our own patient access and billing teams work in, so call handling and quality review aren’t spread across three tools.

Dialpad

Prior authorizations and patient follow-up stop turning into phone tag

Patient engagement

Medication access and benefit investigation attached to the authorization work we already run, with messaging and reminders behind it.

PrescriberPoint
Spruce Health
Dialog Health
Assort Health

Patients can pay on the device in their hand.

Patient payments

Statements, digital payment and payment plans wired to the billing work, so patient responsibility doesn’t sit in your aging report.

PatientPay

The regulatory and financial questions get answered by people who answer them for a living.

Advisory & legal

Credentialing, payer contracting and MSO structuring run into questions we shouldn’t answer ourselves.

What Each One Does, and How We're Paid

The question most partner pages avoid: are you paid to recommend this one? The answer sits on the same line as the partner.

Included in our fee

— we use it to deliver your service line and earn nothing on it.

Referral terms

— the partnership carries a referral or revenue-share arrangement, named in your proposal before you sign.

Reseller margin

— we license it at partner rates and provide it as part of a managed service. The margin is the difference, disclosed in your agreement.

Why they earned a place

— every partner above cleared all four tests. Commercial terms don’t decide who enters; a partner that fails a test doesn’t get in regardless of what it would pay us.

When Something Breaks

How Long Does It Take to Switch RCM Providers?

Every partner page in this category claims a single point of accountability. This is what ours actually looks like.

You tell your account manager
One named person who already knows your configuration. Not a portal, not a ticket queue, and not a tier-one agent reading a script for the first time. You don't need to work out which vendor is at fault before you can report it — that's our job, and it's usually the hard part.
We hold the relationship, so we make the call
We contact the partner under our contract, with our commercial relationship behind it. You aren't opening a support case with a company that has never heard of you, and you aren't chasing a vendor whose service levels you have no standing to enforce.
It comes back resolved, with the cause
You get the resolution and what caused it. If the cause is structural it goes into that partner's next review against the four tests — a recurring failure is a bar question, not a support question.

The Questions Buying Committees Actually Raise

Do I have to buy these tools separately?

No. Where a tool is part of how we deliver a service line, it comes with the engagement — one contract with Neolytix rather than a separate procurement, BAA and implementation for each vendor.

What if we already use a different vendor for one of these?

We work with what you have wherever it clears the same bar. The ecosystem is what we bring when you don’t already have something — not a requirement to rip out what’s working. Where your incumbent doesn’t clear the bar, we’ll tell you why rather than quietly working around it.

Are you paid to recommend these partners?

Sometimes, and we say which. Most partners we simply use to deliver your service line and earn nothing on. One is on reseller pricing at a disclosed margin. One carries referral terms. The table above names which is which, and where one applies to your solution you’ll know before you sign.

Who do I call when something breaks?

Us. One escalation path. We hold the vendor relationship, so a failed payment file or a missing call recording is our problem to resolve rather than yours to triage across three support portals.

What happens if a partner gets acquired, or you drop them?

Partners are re-reviewed against the same four tests after any material change of ownership. If one no longer clears the bar we migrate you, and that transition is managed as part of the engagement rather than billed as a project.

Do these partners get access to our PHI?

Only where the service genuinely requires it, and only under a Business Associate Agreement with documented controls. Partners that don’t need protected health information don’t receive it.

What does "Pipeline" mean next to a partner?

That the partner has cleared our selection tests but is not yet in production on live client work. We name them because you’ll meet them in a roadmap conversation — not because they’re available to you today. Anything in your actual solution will be an integrated partner.

Can we use one of these partners without using Neolytix?

Yes, and sometimes that’s the right answer — several are available directly and we’ll say so. What you lose is the part we do: the integration into your service line, the single escalation path, and the diligence already done. If you only need the tool, buy the tool.

You run a healthcare organization. Let us bring the stack, the integrations, the contracts and the accountability — and give you back the hours you’re currently spending managing vendors who don’t talk to each other.

Interested in joining the ecosystem? We add partners narrowly, and only where they attach to work we already deliver. If your platform serves healthcare operations and clears the four tests above, we’d like to hear from you.
