Your Neolytix Revenue Manager Trainee Journey
In 3 months
You will be under probation and will go through 1-week initial training plus 1 month of service specific training with assessments. During this time, you will undergo a crash course specific to give you the tools you’ll need for the job such as the basics of US healthcare, RCM Process, insurances, CPT codes, etc. After going through the initial training, you put your theoretical skills to the test where you will be assigned to a specific area of the organization
