But before that, you need to answer a more pressing question- why do you want to get there?
The “why” always determines the direction and the amount of time it takes to get there. What drives you? What compels you to get out of bed each morning and enter the world? Higher calling service? Taking responsibility for the well-being of your community? Leading in the absence of leadership?
Do you want to open another practice across town? Are you looking to step back from being in the day-to-day but need to make sure the place will still work without your hands on every little thing?
