Role Overview:
Neolytix is looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as Revenue Management Intern. This role offers a great opportunity to start a career in the U.S. Healthcare domain, working closely with experienced professionals to learn and contribute to revenue analysis, data management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and tracking revenue collections and performance metrics.
Support in preparing and analyzing reports to identify trends, variances, and key insights.
Work with the operations team to understand the end-to-end RCM process.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and help document workflows.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues impacting revenue and reporting.
Prepare basic dashboards and summaries for team and leadership review.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project exposure to healthcare, finance, or analytics will be an advantage.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, Pivot Tables preferred).
Attention to detail with a willingness to learn U.S. Healthcare RCM concepts.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Familiarity with any RCM tools or EHR systems (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, etc.).
Exposure to MIS reporting or data analysis during academic projects or internships.
High sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
